Yeah, they have a whole vegan line that's completely lactose-free, and some of the regular ones are too. Just check the product description, it says it right there.

I think they do accept returns for unopened products within a certain timeframe, like 14 days or something? But if you opened it and just didn't like the taste, I'm not sure they'd take it back.

Returns were easy for me when I ordered too much by mistake, but everything was sealed. If it's just taste preference for an opened product, you're probably out of luck. Maybe try a taster pack first next time.

I've tried both, and honestly, yfood's ready-to-drink shakes are way smoother. Huel can be a bit gritty sometimes, especially the powders. yfood's flavors are also more 'dessert-like' if that's your thing.

For me, it depends on what you're after. yfood feels more like a convenience thing, grab and go. Huel has more variety in terms of meals like hot and savory. Nutritional profiles are pretty similar though, so it's mostly taste and texture preference.
